AVENTIS is a luxury, design-build company that specializes in designing and building custom homes on the barrier islands of Pinellas County. Our clients choose AVENTIS because we help them turn their vision into a reality. AVENTIS is currently looking to add an experienced, organized, and hard-working Finish Superintendent to our team.
As a Finish Superintendent for AVENTIS, you will manage/supervise the field construction of multiple residential projects with an aim to complete the work on schedule, within the budget and to the quality of workmanship that AVENTIS is known for. In the performance of this function, it is the Finish Superintendent’s responsibility is to protect and promote AVENTIS interests in all matters and to do whatever is reasonably necessary to perform your duties and responsibilities and promote relational success with homeowners and vendors which includes, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities:
- To provide leadership and to establish and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships of the on-site subcontractors and to promote a positive project morale.
- To have a thorough and complete knowledge and understanding of each home and the necessary steps to complete each.
- To track and coordinate the Project Schedule, and to work with the construction operations team to see that the job meets the projected timelines.
- To review all work on assigned jobsites for quality control, safety and security.
- To cooperate with, and direct when necessary, the activities of the inspection agencies, including local municipalities, and to effect remedial actions indicated by the reports of these agencies.
- To generate and update Daily Logs of work done by all subcontractors and track the general condition of the site.
- Implement quality control policies at the job site and proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk and project loss. Identify new subcontractor opportunities
Qualifications Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Construction Management degree, related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form.
- High proficiency with MS Office especially Outlook
- Ability to stand/walk for the majority of an 8-hour workday. This job requires manual dexterity to handle, touch, and feel objects with the hands, as well as reaching with hands and arms and some light lifting and general construction labor work.
- Effective communication through spoken language and listening is essential. Specific vision abilities needed for this position include close and peripheral vision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Construction background in field or office work
- Knowledge and proficiency in residential blueprint reading
- Strong communication skills

Aventis Homes is looking for a creative, detail-obsessed Interior Designer to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside our construction team to make sure every interior space not only looks amazing but works beautifully—from the moment someone walks in the door to the last light switch installed. If you’re passionate about turning blueprints into beautiful, livable spaces—and have an eye for both design and function—we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing (Besides Explaining Why 7′ Ceilings Are a Crime):
- Design cohesive interior concepts for new build homes
- Specifying materials, finishes, lighting, and millwork that align with both budget and design intent
- Creating detailed interior drawings such as plumbing layout, cabinetry drawings, tile layouts, etc.
- Visiting job sites to ensure designs are being implemented correctly (and surviving value engineering)
- Source materials and manage design budgets for multiple projects
- Stay on top of trends in design, materials, and sustainability
- Create mood boards and presentations for clients
What You Bring to the Table (Besides an Excellent Coffee Order):
- Have 3+ years of professional experience in residential interior design (custom home or builder experience = gold star)
- Fluent in AutoCAD
- Understand how to make homes livable and beautiful—because the best designs don’t fight the floor plan
- Can speak both “contractor” and “client” without a translator
- Have a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

Are you an experienced Construction Manager looking for a new challenge? Aventis Homes, formerly Lubke, is a custom, luxury, home builder specializing in coastal residential construction and is looking to add an experienced Construction Manager. Aventis aims to please clients through active and professional communication, stringent attention to detail, and quality control throughout the construction process. Our Construction Managers are responsible for overseeing a number of projects and manages projects from inception to completion of construction.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Scheduling of multiple projects including ensuring all materials have been ordered by office operations staff, coordination of subcontractor workflow and understanding of project critical paths.
- Managing of on-site quality control including work performed by subcontractors, general jobsite cleanliness, and safety to uphold standards and mitigate project loss.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors on multiple projects helping to identify and clarify necessary scopes of work and manage any subcontractor conflicts on-site.
- Clear communication both written and verbal with office staff including: ordering of materials, design clarification, and any other needs.
- Clear and professional communication written, verbal, and in-person with clients and homeowners with the ability to accurately and honestly portray concerns, potential issues, schedules, and manage expectations accordingly.
- Coordinate project inspections and meet with municipal agents as needed during inspections and to provide clarification or guidance as needed to maintain project momentum.
