To qualify for our Architect Referral Program or Builder-to-Architect Fee (BAF), the home must meet AVENTIS standards — including an all-concrete or masonry shell. This means the structure must be built using reinforced concrete or concrete block for exterior walls, with no wood framing. These standards are designed to ensure long-term durability, safety, and compliance with FEMA and coastal building requirements. Full details are outlined in our partnership agreement.
